Returns & Exchanges — The Sirweara Way

At Sirweara, every garment is made with care — designed to express individuality, confidence, and timeless craftsmanship.
But we understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out. That’s why we’ve created a clear and simple return and exchange process to ensure your experience remains effortless.

🕒 1. Return Timeframe

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving all items in your order.

💌 2. How to Start a Return

Please contact our Customer Care Team before sending anything back.

  • Email us at service@sirweara.com

  • Describe your issue and include any relevant photos (if applicable)

  • Our team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions

⚠️ Do not ship items back without authorization — returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

📦 3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange, your items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Undamaged, without stains, tears, or odors

  • In original packaging, with all tags and labels intact

  • Returned together, as a complete package

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🔍 4. Refund Process

After your return arrives at our facility:

  1. Our QA team will inspect each item carefully.

  2. If everything meets the standards above, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  3. If an item is incomplete, damaged, or not in original condition, the refund will not be issued, and the buyer will bear any related costs.

🛍 Final sale and clearance items are non-refundable.

🔁 5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for another size or design:

  • Follow the same steps as the return process.

  • Once your returned item is received and approved, your replacement will be shipped promptly.

  • Please note that both return and re-shipment postage are covered by the customer.

❌ 6. Order Cancellations

Changed your mind after placing an order?

  • Within 24 hours: Cancel anytime for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours but before shipping: A 15% cancellation fee applies.

  • After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled but may be returned once received.
